Privacy

Aurem MedTech Co., Ltd. ("Aurem," "we," "our") operates the platform available at auremhealth.dev and the related tenant subdomains and white-label hostnames. This page describes, in plain terms, what information we hold and how we treat it.

This document is a placeholder during the design-partner phase of the platform. It will be replaced with the formal privacy policy before the first non-design-partner clinic is onboarded. If you have specific questions in the interim, write to hello@auremhealth.dev.

What we collect

The information you submit through the public application form on this site.
For tenant clinics, the clinical and operational data your practice chooses to manage through Aurem.
Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
Aggregate usage data via Google Analytics, used to understand site traffic at a high level. We do not configure Analytics to collect personally identifiable information.

How we hold it

Tenant data is stored in a database dedicated to that tenant and encrypted at the field level using keys derived for that tenant alone. The platform's master encryption key is held only as a runtime secret. The storage architecture is designed so that an exfiltrated database is unreadable without the master key.

How we use it

To provide the platform to your clinic and its patients.
To respond to inquiries you submit through the application form.
To detect and prevent abuse of the service.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use clinical data for marketing. We do not train artificial intelligence models on your patient data.

Your rights

Where applicable law grants you rights over your personal information—including under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act—Aurem implements the corresponding flows: access, rectification, portability, and erasure with grace. Contact your clinic's administrator or write to us directly to exercise them.
